Potential kitten owners should have the knowledge, time, ability, facilities and resources to provide the care that a kitten needs to live a long, happy and healthy life. This includes the ability to provide proper food and regular veterinary care, in addition to being able to spend a reasonable amount of personalized time with the kitten each day.
